Drainage Pump Maintenance and Installation
There are varying circumstances where you may be in need of a pump replacement or the installation of a pumping station. Drain pumps can be used to send storm, foul and/or effluent upstream to be either treated or discharged. Pumps require frequent servicing and maintenance due to their constant use. Pumping stations can be constructed to meet your specifications, depending on the elevation and distance the liquid is required to be moved. If you think you may need a pump or currently own one and think it needs replacing, simply give us a call, and we can complete a site visit to present you with your options.

Pumping Stations
Pumping stations are the initial chamber where liquid/solids are stored before being pumped to another location. Pumps can be supplied to meet any requirement of range and gradient.
Replacement Pump
Has your pump stopped working, or is it just not working the same? We can quote to replace your existing pump with a new and improved model.
Flood Management
Areas of high flooding can be drained into a pumping system to be connected to a nearby watercourse or storm drain. This can save you from floods and water damage to your property.
Pumping Services
Drain pumps have a variety of uses and can be used in various ways to manoeuvre, break down, and remove liquids/solids to a location where they can be treated or discharged correctly. We supply and install twin pumping stations, which are used on domestic and commercial properties where the water must not overflow. In this case, if one pump breaks down, a backup pump remains running, allowing us to replace the damaged pump with minimal interruption to you. We also supply and install outlet pumps from treatment plants. Should a pump pre-installed in a treatment plant fail, this could cause irreversible damage to your treatment plant and your property.
There are varying types of pumps, such as raw sewage pumps, clean water pumps, timer-controlled pumps, and sensor-controlled pumps. Floods are becoming ever more common in remote areas and can cause devastating damage; we can supply and fit sensor-controlled pumps that only activate when a certain water threshold is reached.
C&L also offers emergency water pumping. Whether your toilet has overflowed or a pipe has burst. We can pump up to 1100 litres per minute, ideal for emergency situations, with emergency pumping available 24/7 year-round.

We will then identify the pump you would require and the work required to install it to provide an accurate quote.
Installation
The pump will be installed by an engineer, and if required, wired and signed off by an electrician.
